Our charges are based on a full costume and where costumes are split, a full hire fee applies. Hats where applicable (i.e. Cowboys, Zorro, etc) are included in the basic hire.

A standard £25 deposit is required, £15 for children. There are one or two costumes that we ask for a £50 deposit but I literally mean one or two! We operate a simple deposit system. We can swipe a debit/credit/visa card (not electron) and the money does not leave your account providing the costume is returned in it's original condition at the time we specify. On return of your costume, the card swipe is shredded in your presence. Alternatively you can leave cash which is handed back to the person that returns the costume.

Saturday/Sunday hire, collect Thursday, return Monday by 2pm, if you are hiring any other day the basic principal is to collect the day before and return the day after, before 2pm. Extended hire periods are offered to schools, charities, drama groups or any other performances providing prior arrangement is made with a member of staff at the time of booking.

You may book your costume in advance, the hire fee is required when booking and the deposit is required upon collection. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, all bookings are final. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff.
